Nurlybaev Nurzhan Madyraiuly was born 27 January 1983 in Baidibek district of South-Kazakhstan.

   In 1989-2000 years he studied at the secondary school named after CH.Valikhanov, located in the village “Akbastau” Baidibek district.

   In 2000-2004 he graduated from the faculty of philology of International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A.Yasavi, speciality “Kazakh language and literature, foreign language”.

   In 2005-2007 he studied at theShymkent University, speciality“ Economics” and received qualification of economist.

   He began his career in 2004 at the Department of Philology at the Shymkent University, a teacher-trainee.

   In the period 2004-2010 he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Philology of the University of  Shymkent.

   In 2010 he defended his thesis at the Institute of Linguistics named after A.Baitursynov and received the degree of candidate of Philological Sciences.

   In 2010-2012 he worked as the head of the Department of Philology of the University of  Shymkent.

   In 2012-2013 academic year worked as the Vice-rector for science, in 2013-2014 academic year worked as the Vice-rector for science and educational work of Shymkent University.

   Starting in 2014, there are currently pro-rector for science and international Affairs of Shymkent University.

   Constantly engaged in scientific works, supervisor of 4 magisters of education in the speciality “Kazakh language and literature”, in scientific journals and organized abroad and in our country the international, Republican, Regional conferences publications published about 50 articles, published 1 monograph.

   Was awarded the medak “130 years K.Achievo” Kyrgyz Republic and the Republican, regional, University and letters of thanks.
